~~~25 Stars That I Noticed Recently~~~
Assalamualaikum wbt...
I've been noticing this 25 things about you tag going on facebook recently, and its very interesting to get to know my fellow friends. I wasn't tagged, but I just like the spirit. So I'm doing mine, as a single drop of water in a barren land (refering to my blog) ... coz i havent been posting anything useful for a while.
------------------------------
If Im a moon (Im Mun alraito!), then Ive been revolving for quite a while. I may fall to earth soon, or engulfed by the sun, but the future is only on the "hands" of The Almighty. To reflect the brilliant light from the sun is my task, but to be floating in this wonderful world, surrounded by stars... I wondered how many stars I have been ignoring, due to sheer huge number of them. But the stars... they are there, shining. Rahmatan lil alamin...
So these are the stars that caugh my attention recently. I hope me pointing will make them shine on you too!
1. Trust Allah fully on His plans for you. Coz He knew the best, and who are we? Maybe you detest something, but He know its the best for you.
2. Have a big heart. Lower your ego. Have a heart big enough to be adviced by your fellow sisters/brothers. And have a heart big enough to give advices because you love your sisters/brothers.
3. Do Zikrullah a lot. One type is the "chanting type". The other is simply remembering Allah in all things that we do. This will constantly save us from any danger of sins. ie. ur waking up and remembers Allah... surely this will effect your decisions of whether you want to skip school or not. Allah ask yourself, will He approve this actions?
4. Judgements of a mortal definitely and utterly means nothing compared to judgements of Allah. For that only His standards should prevails. Cleanse your hearts from bad-thoughts towards others.
5. We always let time flies and regret things we have not done. Time.
6. Allah tests you because He loves you. Turn back to Him. Wept and crumble only in front of Him.
7. Walk through Allah's test with increased iman, and hikmah, and His redha, not with accumulating sins.
8. Muhasabah.
9. Dont judge people by their age or seniority. I have learned a lot from my juniors, and i respected them.
10. Pray. For our brothers and sisters, for your family, for your troubled friends, for yourself... for everyone you care.
11. Back to no 1 actually, me and my friends have realised so many events, that was unexplained (hikmah wise) and unbearable.... was actually arranged in a way that is very purposeful. Only He knows.
12. Dont make decisions when ur drunk or intoxicated... in love, in wrath, so-on.
13. Mad people say stupid things. Both type of mad. (wrath and insanity). I guess thats why the share the name. Thats why we have hadith to ask us to cool down when we are angry, and hadith forbiding us from getting mad.
14. Be confident and trust yourself. Ive seen this star again and again... hard to digest, haha...
15. Love is a cold type of flame. It entice you with its beauty, when you're inside you are engulfed. Be warned, that without guidance, it can burn you someday in the fire that we all fear. To exercise cautions.
16. Never take "collateral friends"... meaning, become friends just because of someone else, not because of the person itself. So when you need to, be a true friend.
17. An enemy's enemy is not necessary our ally.
18. Check your niat all the time.
19. You might be selfish. Check yourself.
20. Every little helps. That's Tesco's tagline. (every penny you spend... will help who? fill in the blanks.) By yeah, even the smallest deed, even if we know wont "change the world"...will change the world!!! seriously! (i noe this is very complicated, try to understand me.)
21. Be grateful for everything. Be grateful for the nice things, be grateful for all the hardships. be thankful you are hurt. be thankful you are allowed to be thankful. (just imagine we are in those ungrateful categories, nauzubillah!)
22. Being contented is one of the way to be thankful.
23. Your parents or your seniors or just a very concerned friends may sounds nagging... but usually they stops you from being stupid most of the time.
24. Your friend is a reflection of yourself...your spouse too. (He/she is your best friend!)
25. Stars are too many to count. You may not realise each and every one of them. But verily... they are there to guide you, to colour your nights and days (they are there but you cant see em!)... Look out tonight for your very own stars. i suggest you find them before you sleep. (counting them can help your insomnia too!)
getting passing no 10 was tough. But after that I think that I cant stop! So maybe I might do this again. Hahahaha!!!!!
